ORDERS
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to track your orders, review past purchases, save your address and payment details so you can shop even quicker next time, manage your email preferences, be part of our loyalty scheme and get early access to exclusive sale offers and events.
What if the product color is different from the picture?
We do our best to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on the website are accurate. However due to the lighting used in the shoot and your device display, slight color variations are expected. We do not accept responsibility for slight variations in color or style.
Which payment methods are available?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer and Credit/Debit card payment options to our customers.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change your order within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be changed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order at any time within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable.
Why was my order cancelled?
MAIRA ZUNNORAIN reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as, but not limited to, the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution. Orders placed using Credit / Debit Cards can only be cancelled during the first 24 hours from the time the order is placed. After 24 hours, a 15 USD fees is applicable on any refund.
SHIPPING
How long does it take to dispatch the order?
We will usually dispatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed on our website. Orders for “Made to order” or “Stitched” items will be shipped as specified on the relevant product page.
What about orders placed on pre-booking or restock?
Pre-booked orders will usually be shipped on or just before the launch date of the collection. Orders placed during restock will be shipped as per the date mentioned on the product page.
Which courier do you use to ship your orders?
We use Call Courier as our primary courier to deliver orders within Pakistan.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Once your order is dispatched, it takes 2-3 working days for your order to be delivered anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery times within Pakistan vary depending on the city and availability of the consignee. For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will need to pay the rider first before getting the shipment.
What happens if I am not home, and I miss delivery?
The courier will make three attempts to deliver your order and they will also contact you to arrange delivery. After three attempts it will be returned to us.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive all the tracking information from us by email, which you can use to track your order. You can track your order by logging into your account on the website or by contacting us. You can also track your order on Call Courier’s website: https://callcourier.com.pk/ or contact them at 042-111-786-227.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, any unstitched product purchased from Maira Zunnorain’s online store can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt provided it is unused, contains all composite pieces and is in its original packaging. You need to inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order. However, please note that there is no exchange possible on stitched items.
Do you offer returns/refunds?
We do not offer returns or refunds unless the customer has received a damaged product. For the avoidance of doubt, minor variations in the color of the product (in comparison to digital shoot images) will not be considered a manufacturing defect, because such variations are a normal outcome during the manufacturing process. However, if you have any issues with an item or are unsure about whether it is a defect, you can contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
Do you have an exchange or return policy for Sale Items?
Products purchased during a Sale cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

What if am not satisfied with your service?
We try our best to serve all our customers to their satisfaction. In rare cases, if there is a dispute, we will consider all the details and refer your case to the management. The final decision will however rest with our management.
